Areas of Focus
Specialized mental health services in Ontario
We specialize in areas of care that deeply impact emotional wellbeing and connection, with focused, evidence-based support for life’s most personal challenges.
Care that feels personal, grounded, and empowering
Each focus area reflects our belief that therapy should feel personal, grounded, and empowering. A space where you can understand yourself more deeply and move toward lasting change with clarity and compassion.
Every area below is available as virtual sessions across Ontario, and in person in Midtown Toronto through our clinical partnerships. Sessions run 50 minutes.

Most people do not arrive with one tidy problem, and the areas below overlap more than the headings suggest. Health anxiety and general anxiety share most of their machinery. Relationship difficulty and burnout frequently arrive together, because a job that takes everything leaves nothing for the people at home.
So the categories are a way in rather than a filing system. If two of them describe you, pick whichever feels closest and say the rest in the consult. If none quite does, that is common and not a sign this is the wrong place to look. The free 15-minute consult exists partly to work this out, and it costs nothing to guess wrong.
You may also be looking for a format rather than a topic. Individual therapy is one-to-one work across any of these areas, and therapy for teachers brings the same work to a profession with its own particular pressures.
What is the same across all of them
Sessions run 50 minutes. Most people begin weekly and move to fortnightly as things steady, though nothing is fixed and there is no minimum commitment.
Work is virtual anywhere in Ontario, or in person at our Midtown Toronto locations, and many people mix the two. All sessions are with a Registered Psychotherapist, receipts with RP credentials are issued for insurance, and no referral is needed to book. There is no waitlist.
Whichever area you start in, the approach draws on cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and somatic awareness, weighted toward whatever proves useful to you rather than toward a fixed protocol.
