Fit

Choosing between us

Both clinicians are Registered Psychotherapists and both work virtually across Ontario and in person in Midtown Toronto, so the practical details are the same either way. The difference is in focus.

Flora works mostly with relationship difficulty and infidelity recovery, anxiety and burnout, and health anxiety connected to PCOS, thyroid conditions and Hashimoto’s — the last of which is a focus of the practice because she lives with those conditions herself. Rosalia works with individuals and couples, with particular focus on LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients, and on relationship structures including non-monogamy.

If you are not sure, say so during the consult. Being redirected to the other person at that point is completely normal and much easier than discovering it three sessions in.

What the two of us share

Neither of us works to a fixed protocol. Sessions draw on cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and somatic awareness, weighted toward what is actually useful to you, and plans are made with you rather than handed to you.

Boundaries run through the work of both clinicians, which is not an accident: a great deal of what arrives as anxiety, burnout or relationship strain turns out to rest on limits that quietly disappeared. And neither of us treats identity, relationship structure or a diagnosis as the problem to be solved unless you say it is.

Sessions run 50 minutes. There is no waitlist, no referral is needed, and receipts with RP credentials are issued for insurance.

A small practice, deliberately

This is a two-clinician practice and it is meant to stay small. Clients are seen by someone who knows their caseload rather than passed to whoever has a slot, and the areas of focus are chosen rather than listed to catch every search.

The practice does grow occasionally, and when it does the test is whether someone fits how the work is already done here. If you are a registered clinician, there is more about that on the join our team page, and students can read about practicum placements.
