Why this work is personal to Flora.

My passion for supporting women with chronic and hormonal health challenges comes from personal experience. Living with PCOS and Hashimoto’s has given me firsthand insight into the emotional and physical strain these conditions create — from fatigue and body changes to anxiety, frustration, and the pressure to keep functioning “normally.”

Through my own journey, I’ve learned how vital compassionate, informed mental health support is when your body feels unpredictable. It’s what inspired me to create a space where women can feel seen, validated, and empowered to care for themselves fully, body and mind.
