Rosalia Toro

Registered Psychotherapist, Individual & Couples Therapy

As a Registered Psychotherapist, I base my work on empathy, inclusivity, and genuine curiosity about each person’s story. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel fully seen—when your identity, experiences, and relationships are understood without judgment or assumptions.

My focus includes helping couples and individuals navigate relationship challenges such as communication breakdowns, infidelity, breaches of trust, non-monogamous dynamics, and intimacy concerns. I also have a strong passion for supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. These intersections often shape how we connect, love, and communicate, and I work to ensure therapy honours every part of who you are.

With over four years of clinical experience, I continue to deepen my expertise through ongoing training and supervision. My approach is integrative and flexible, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT-informed), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Attachment-Based frameworks.

In our work together, I aim to create a space that feels supportive, validating, and empowering—one where you can explore your past, understand your patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change in how you experience yourself and your relationships.
