Flora Irani

Founder, Registered Psychotherapist, Individual Therapy

I founded Flora Psychotherapy with the belief that therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale — a calm, human space to reflect, feel supported, and grow. Over the years, I’ve helped individuals navigate relationship challenges, infidelity recovery, and the emotional weight that often comes with chronic and hormonal health issues.

With more than 7 years of clinical experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of clients across various stages of life. My background includes advanced training in mental health and nutrition, trauma-informed care, and integrative psychotherapy approaches. I’ve also worked closely with other healthcare professionals — including functional medicine practitioners and naturopathic doctors — to provide holistic, coordinated care that addresses both emotional and physical wellbeing.

My approach is active, empathetic, and collaborative. I believe that every behaviour holds meaning, and that healing happens when we feel understood and safe to explore what’s beneath the surface. Together, we uncover patterns, strengthen boundaries, and find new ways of responding to life’s challenges with clarity and compassion.

At Flora Psychotherapy, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in yourself and your relationships — so that life begins to feel a little lighter, steadier, and more your own.
