Amanda is a spiritual and compassionate psychotherapist who believes in the power of each person’s journey toward self-understanding and healing. She creates a respectful, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their experiences, honoring the courage it takes to seek support and be vulnerable.

Amanda deeply understands that it takes immense courage to seek help during times of struggle and great strength to be vulnerable with another human being. She feels deeply honored to sit with individuals in these moments and holds profound respect for the complexities of their lived experiences and recognize the function they served to support the individual at certain timelines in their lifetime. Guided by the belief that each individual is inherently good and shaped by their environment, Amanda supports clients in uncovering layers of conditioning and reconnecting with their true self. Her approach is collaborative and existential, grounded in the idea that we all carry the wisdom to heal within us.

Currently completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at St. Stephen’s College, Amanda helps individuals find clarity, build resilience, and move toward a life of purpose and meaning. Outside of the therapy room, she finds joy in nature, somatic practices, and quality time with loved ones.
